=nil; Foundation is a pioneer in zero-knowledge technology dedicated to making zkProofs and trustless data management accessible for developers. Our solutions facilitate scalable trustless computing and data access, organized in one flexible toolchain secured by Ethereum. The toolchain consists of the zkLLVM circuit compiler, the “Proof Market” marketplace for zkProofs, and Placeholder proof system. Currently it’s being developed by the team of ~15 engineers and researchers.
Now we are looking for an Engineering director to lead toolchain direction.
Responsibilities
Technical Product Management.
You will be responsible for roadmap and feature prioritisation, based on market research or internal needs.
Team/People Management.
You will manage several highly professional teams (about 15-20 engineers in total) and ensure their motivation and alignment with company strategy.
Software Architecture.
=nil; You will be responsible for the toolchain overall design and adjusting it if needed.
Project Management
Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines. This includes coordinating with various teams, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
Cross-team Collaboration
Drive cross-team projects on integrations, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication between different teams. This also includes coordinating with stakeholders across the organization to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager/Engineering Director or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Basic familiarity of cryptographic algorithms and primitives (digital signatures, hash functions, asymmetric encryption, commitment scheme)
- Experience with any of the languages: C++, Rust, Solidity, Go
- Experience with compiler / toolchain development using LLVM framework would be huge advantage
- The language is English, so you’re supposed to be at least B2 level
